CRAIG HOWSE

FOUNDER

Craig is an attorney, business owner, and board member with over 30 years of experience working with and advising family-owned and closely-held businesses and their owners. From this vantage point, he recognized the challenges of successfully transitioning the business from one generation of leadership and ownership to the next, while preserving and strengthening the family and the business. Using his strategic nature, he developed solutions and tools to help business families see what makes the business successful, owners identify the next generation of leadership, and family members discover their roles. Craig continues to tailor these solutions for closely-held and family businesses, helping the leading generation navigate the succession process for the well-being of the business and all involved.

“We want to help business families experience all the good of family and business while preserving and strengthening both through successful generational transitions.”

What We Believe

What We Believe

We believe history is clear. All great institutions are built on beliefs, whether families, governments, businesses, or churches. America is built on the Constitution. Families are built on a common heritage and values. Businesses are built on a shared vision and values. Churches are built on a shared confession. Commonly held beliefs are the bedrock of enduring communities of people. It is true of your family and your business, and it true of Conext.

What you believe defines you, binds you, guides you and directs you. That is why beliefs are so important. Your beliefs describe what you hold as important, defining you. Commonly held beliefs link you with others, and the greater and deeper the beliefs the greater the ties. Your decisions are the outworking of your beliefs, guiding you through the many options before you. Ultimately, you, like all people, pursue what you believe is most desirable, so beliefs set your direction for the future.

We believe it is best to clearly express our beliefs because the best relationships are built on deeply held, shared beliefs. So here is what we, at Conext, believe, in order of importance:

We believe there is right and wrong, and there is good and evil. We believe that which is right and good is moral, and that morals are laws or principles to live by. We believe that where there are good and right laws, there is a good and moral lawgiver. We believe the good and kind, moral law giver is God who charitably defines all human rights and responsibilities for the well-being and prospering of all humans, institutions and societies.

We believe in God.
