General Overview

Conext will provide individual and leadership consulting based on Conext’s Six Step Process with a customized plan based on client needs and long-term goals. Consulting includes regular progress updates with current ownership and coaching of the leading and next generation of leaders to aid in a positive and proactive succession.

 

Coaching focuses on:

Small Business Succession Consulting

Who Is This Best For

​Generally, companies with less than $20 million in annual revenue with 50 or less employees. Our work is done primarily with the leading and next generation of leaders in a group format. One-on-one coaching is also used from time to time.

DESIGN a plan for development and transition of leadership incorporating the needs of the leading and next generation while strengthening the family, leadership, and the company.

 ALIGN by discovering areas of alignment and misalignment in trust, shared values, shared vision, commitment, and accountability.

PREPARE by developing next generation leadership through a process to align the leading and next generation leaders, while preparing you, as the leading generation, to “pass the baton”.

​

TRANSITION by gradually and smoothly assisting in the “passing of the baton” of leadership from current generation to next over the next 3-6 years.

Leadership Coaching for Associations

Cohorts of 10-15 individuals work to deepen their levels of self-awareness and leadership function, while enhancing their awareness of team dynamics, and growing their different leadership styles and preferences. Goals of the leadership development track are twofold: Development of the leader as an individual, and development of the leader in an outward-facing context with their colleagues and team. Develop the next generation to be leaders of integrity, equipped with the essential knowledge and capabilities to inspire and innovate through industry challenges.

Families who own and operate privately held businesses and want to improve and/or solidify their family bonds and commitment to each other both inside and outside of their business.

Achieve unity and harmony in family relationships by coaching individual family members and families as a unit. Help families grow in specific roles and responsibilities, both personally and professionally. Build the family unit as a whole.
